They will cooperate in sharing and disclosing factual information.
They will use language you understand as well as manage emotional situations.
They will point out unreasonable expectations.
They will work hard to help you and your spouse formulate an agreement that works for the two of you.
They will not go to court if you do not reach an agreement.
